WeGlobal - Leader of Consortium

WeGlobal works all over the world on technical assistance project financed by international agencies, such as EU. The overall objectives of these interventions are to promote peace, good government and human rights, spur growth, job opportunities and human development; meet the challenges of migration, protect the environment and fight climate change.

WEglobal brings together, under a single roof, a number of internal groups that were established for geographical locations, such as the Balkans region, Africa, UK and the USA.

WeGlobal is reorganizing, refocusing and newly branded as part of a drive towards a larger, more global enterprise that will continue to grow in geographical and technical sector coverage.

WeGlobal operates on four continents and in more than one hundred provinces. In the last five years the company has implemented more than 80 large scale international projects. 

European Project Management Ltd

European Projects Management Ltd (EPM) is a Latvian, Riga-based Consultancy Company providing services in various areas related to the EU external assistance projects and EU structural funds projects in Latvia, including ESF projects, related to the SMEs training and competitiveness rising.

EPM with its experts have been involved in various IPA, ENPI, TACIS, UNDP, USAID and bi-lateral assistance projects in Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Romania. These projects were related to the policy advice, social service and social inclusion, justice sector reform, EU integration and law harmonization, EU information, training about EU, coordination of foreign assistance programmes, civil service reforms, grant management, SMEs training.

The National Paying Agency

The National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania is the only accredited institution managing the measures of support for agriculture, rural development and fisheries.

The main tasks of the Agency are: • To manage state and European Union (EU) support for agriculture, rural development and fisheries as well as ensure the control of their use; • To implement agricultural, rural development and fisheries support measures; • To ensure the development of a system for the management of EU support for agriculture, rural development and fisheries; • To participate in the implementation of an integrated management and control system; • To participate in the introduction and implementation of a system for the management of EU Common Agricultural Policy measures; • To prepare reports on EU funds used and submit these reports to the European Commission (EC), the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, and other institutions.
